Pearland Trip

We made a day trip to Pearland for Chad's uncle's birthday! Madison was excited to see her Gammy (Chad's mom) since it's been quite awhile since the last visit :( We enjoyed seeing everyone and enjoyed being around their beautiful pool :)

Trip to MA to see Baby Tristan

Baby Madison and Baby Tristan got to finally meet for the first time! Tristan is such a cute, sweet boy ... and only about 3 pounds behind Madison ... and is 3 months younger! Madison was EXCELLENT on the plane ride up to NY. We had many nightmares about how she would do on the plane, but she literally slept more than she has ever slept at home or in the car ... I swear I didn't drug her! Where can we fly next??? LOL We had a great visit and the babies were adorable together. There are LOTS of pics due to the fact this is only a yearly visit :( .... until we all live closer one day hopefully!

4th of July

We hope everyone had a wonderful 4th of July! We got together with family, cooked out and stayed inside where is wasn't 140 degrees :)

5 months old

Little Maddy turned 5 months old on Friday, July 3rd - crazy how time goes by SO fast :( She has learned to make the "mmmmmm" sound with her lips together - while grinning, she's found her FEET (especially when sitting in her Bumbo chair), and has really matured in the sense that she has become a better shopper, stroller / carseat rider and can put her self to sleep every once in awhile when really really tired. Overall, she is doing fabulous and gearing up for a busy month! We are leaving Tuesday to fly up north for a week to see Krystal and my new little nephew, Tristan. Not sure how babies and planes mix ... guess we'll find out! Later this month we'll be driving to Abilene for my cousins wedding ... thank God she's starting to like the car better!
