Maddox 1 Month Old!

Our little peanut it 1 month old already! Time flies when you're having fun ... or if you're just too tired remember the concept of time, ha! Maddox is such a good baby! He sleeps 3-4 hours at a time and his colic is getting better with meds. As of 2 weeks ago, he had already gained a pound from when he left the hospital ... and I'm sure he's gained another one since then ... the boy likes to EAT ... all day!!! Anyway, he's definately a keeper ... here's a few pics from this month!

Madison's Almost 3!

I can't believe Madison is almost 3 years old ... where did time go? After I had Maddox a few weeks ago, I honestly couldn't even remember Madison being that small! She has brought many smiles and lots of happiness into our family :) So far, she is doing pretty well with Maddox. She is definately a "mother figure" to him and very "hands-ON" ... a little too much! Everywhere we go she makes sure everybody sees her baby "bru-ter". Here's a few pics from January ...

Baby Maddox has arrived!

We are SO in love with our little peanut! Maddox Blake arrived on December 27, 2011 at 11:22 AM, he was 7 pounds 14 oz. The delivery went very well and my recovery is going pretty good too. It only took 4 hours (compared to 16 with Madison) to arrive :) We are glad to be home! Madison is still excited and hasn't told us to send him back yet, so guess that's a good thing :) Chad has done a great job keeping her super busy and entertained the past week. Here's a link to the pics I put on Facebook below ... I think it'll be much easier to post pictures on facebook the next few weeks, as the blog takes much more time! We are having his professional newborn pics taken on Wednesday, so I'll update again later this week. We hope everyone had a great Christmas and New Year!
