Madison's 2nd Birthday!

Our little cupcake turned 2 on February 3rd! It's crazy to think 2 years have already gone by ... but, we can't imagine life without her! She is on the edge of talking and definately understands everything we say. There's not a moment that goes by that she's not "busy" doing something! It seems like she learns a new "trick" or word everyday. We had a great time celebrating her birthday last Saturday ... despite the cold and icky weather (no, we didn't end up seeing any snow...) She definately had fun playing with her little girlfriends! Here's a few pics from the last week....

December Fun 2010

We all had a great Christmas! It was nice to stay home and not travel for once! Krystal and her family flew down for the week so Madison and Tristan got to play together. Here's some pics from last month ... Hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas and Happy New Year!

Trip to the ZOO

Since Krystal was in town with Tristan, we decided to make a trip to the Houston Zoo. It was nice weather ... but I think the kids will be more interested in it next year. The animals were literally all sleeping and doing nothing ... these kids like ACTION, ha! They did enjoy the petting zoo :) Anyway, it was a fun outing.

The weekend before Christmas we had C-mas with Chad's side of the family. Is mom, grandma and brother's family came down for the weekend. Once again ... the kids got an insane amount of gifts ... but we all had fun watching them open up all the packages :)

Ready For Christmas!

I can't believe our little munchkin is approaching her 2nd birthday in a couple months ... craziness! Moreover ... I can't believe Christmas is in a week 1/2 .... I am SO not prepared, oh well !!! Here's a few recent pics from this month (some are small since they were transferred from my phone for some reason?) Madison is Miss Little Personality all the sudden! She is trying to talk so hard. So far, she can say "tree, juice, mama, mimi, dada, thank you and please." She definately understands everything though. We are definately trying to "immitate" everything too ... putting her diapers on her babies, rubbing lotion on her hands, cooking in her little kitchen etc... too cute! We are glad we're finally all moved in and settled. Hopefully this Christmas, since we're not traveling, we can just relax and enjoy doing nothing! We hope everyone has a wonderful Christmas!!!
